It is a joint initiative of the Dept. of IT (Govt. of India), Khadi and Village Industries Commission (Govt. of India), Kerala Khadi and Village Industries Board (Govt. of Kerala).

E-Keralam Digital Hub
E-Keralam is a women entrepreneurship initiative implemented by Kerala State Rutronix to establish 1,000 Digital Hubs across Kerala, empowering women through digital services, entrepreneurship, skill development and Government e-Service accessibility.
The initiative creates digitally empowered communities by providing technology-enabled citizen services, employment opportunities and entrepreneurship support through authorised Digital Hub Centres.
